At Talaria UK, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase or order number
The item must not show signs of damage, installation, or modification
Talaria UK reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or ridden electric bikes
Customized or upgraded bikes
Installed electrical components or batteries
Special order items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Electric Bike Returns
Due to the size and nature of electric bikes:
Bikes must be unused and unregistered
The original packaging and protective materials must be included
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Shipping costs for bike returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
