At Talaria UK, we want every rider to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Talaria UK reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.


How to Start a Return

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping costs for returns are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

This ensures quicker processing and availability of the desired item.


Refunds
