Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days if placed before 3 PM (UK time).
Electric bikes may take up to 7–10 working days to dispatch depending on availability and preparation.
Orders including installed accessories or upgrades may require 1–2 additional days for setup.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Bike Delivery (Freight Shipping)
Due to the size and weight of electric bikes, they are delivered via specialised freight or large-item courier services.
A delivery appointment may be required, so please provide a valid phone number and email address.
Delivery is typically kerbside unless additional services are requested.
If your address cannot be accessed by freight vehicles, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Ireland
European Union countries
Selected international destinations upon request
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier conditions.
Lithium Battery Shipping
Due to hazardous material regulations, lithium batteries can only be shipped to certain regions.
If you are unsure whether batteries can be shipped to your location, please contact our team before ordering.
Delivery Notes
We do not ship to PO Boxes for large items.
A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
Warranty Policy
Coverage
All Talaria bikes and components sold by Talaria UK include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost, subject to inspection.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear items such as chains, brake pads, bearings, seals, tyres, and suspension components.
Damage caused by accidents, crashes, misuse, or neglect.
Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorised modifications.
Damage caused by improper charging, storage, or maintenance.
Cosmetic damage such as paint scratches or chips after delivery.
Important Information
Warranty claims require proof of purchase from Talaria UK.
The warranty may be transferable if the original proof of purchase is provided.
Talaria UK sells bikes for personal ownership and riding, not for rental or commercial hire use.
